- Exposure to Dynamics CRM technical aspects esp. Java scripting, Installation
Analyze clients business requirements for CRM, perform Fit-Gap analysis and present functional solutions.
- Prepare and maintain Functional Requirements document and Functional design document.
- Coaching and guiding the development team on requirements and functional aspects.
- Functional testing of the implemented CRM system.
- Provide end user training.
- Ensuring excellent Customer Satisfaction from Requirements and CRM Functional perspective.
- Client facing, assertive, excellent communication.
