Job Description

  • Must-Have Very proficient on CRM Business Processes in Sales Force Automation, Marketing automation and Service management functionality.
  • Extremely good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011/2013 product (entities, workflows and configuration).
  • Excellent in communication, documentation and articulation skills.
  • Experience of functional analysis, gap-fit analysis and functional support.
  • Exposure to Dynamics CRM technical aspects esp. Java scripting, Installation
    Analyze clients business requirements for CRM, perform Fit-Gap analysis and present functional solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain Functional Requirements document and Functional design document.
  • Coaching and guiding the development team on requirements and functional aspects.
  • Functional testing of the implemented CRM system.
  • Provide end user training.
  • Ensuring excellent Customer Satisfaction from Requirements and CRM Functional perspective.
  • Client facing, assertive, excellent communication.
